Every suggestion they made was to improve the final outcome, we followed all of them and have no regrets. They managed all orders efficiently and ensured everything was completed to a high standard. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Iman from Edgemont Floors both as our realtor for a few real estate transactions and as our contractor for renovating our current home. Iman, Hamid, and his team have been excellent to work with; highly responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to their clients. They always prioritize the customer’s best interests and budget rather than focusing solely on profit. Iman goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of and that the end result exceeds expectations. Our renovation took about 2–3 months, and the place currently looks fantastic. Sales staff helped us decide which product was optimal for our needs, and the installers’ work ethic was exceptional, given the extra care needed when operating in the tight spaces and public zones of an apartment building. I was so impressed with the service at every level.  Nila really took the time to understand how we lived and recommend the best product for what we needed.  She followed up with me regularly throughout the process, confirmed dates with reminders, and checked in personally on-site while the work was  being done. We were very pleased with the work done in our condo by Hamid and his team at Edgemont Flooring.  Edgemont replaced our laminate flooring with engineered flooring, helped install our new appliances and built a surround for our new stove hood fan. Hamid was an excellent communicator and vey patient.  We were in Alberta when the work was done and Hamid was very good about keeping in touch about any issue that came up.
