1. Initial Consultation – Clarifying Your Goals
We begin with a detailed conversation about your budget, lifestyle needs, and long-term objectives. From there, we tailor a plan to help you choose the right presale opportunity.
2. Explore Developments – Reviewing Project Options
With one of our presale specialists, you’ll tour sales galleries and explore available developments that match your preferences, timeline, and investment goals.
3. Select Your Home – Choosing the Ideal Floorplan
We help you compare floorplans, layouts, and unit types so you can confidently choose the home that best fits your needs.
4. Submit an Offer – Reserving Your Unit
Once you’ve selected your preferred unit, we prepare and submit your offer directly to the developer.
5. Offer Acceptance – Locking In Your Unit
After the developer accepts your offer, you’ll secure your home by providing the initial deposit. This triggers the 7-day rescission period, giving you time to review all documents before fully committing.
6. Sign the Contract – Formalizing the Agreement
Together, we review the presale contract and disclosure documents. Once everything is clear, you’ll sign the agreement to officially move forward.
7. Waiting Period – Staying Prepared
During construction, we help you stay organized—monitoring deposit schedules, advising on next steps, and ensuring you’re ready for completion when the time comes.
8. Financing – Obtain Mortgage Approval
As the project nears completion, secure your mortgage approval so the final closing process is smooth and on schedule.
9. Pre-Completion Walkthrough – Inspecting Your Home
Before completion, you’ll conduct a walkthrough to identify and document any deficiencies. We assist you in ensuring all issues are noted for the developer to address.
10. Completion & Possession – Move Into Your New Home
On completion day, ownership is transferred and your keys are handed over. Congratulations—you’re officially the owner of a brand-new home!
